I have had the privilege of having utilised the services of Mr Stan Horowitz for approximately 10 years. In fact, my whole firm utilises his services.
The services he effectively and efficiently afforded me and the other members of the firm, is the drafting of bills of costs on the scale between party and party, attorney and client, attorney and own client and on the odd occasion, an account to client for professional services rendered and disbursements incurred therefor.
In addition, Mr Horowitz would, whenever necessary, attend to the actual taxation of the relevant bill of costs and in addition would attempt to negotiate and settle any opposition to the taxation of the bill of costs.
Mr Horowitz has, whenever applicable, kept us up to date with current legislation and reported judgements pertaining to costs to ensure that we are kept abreast of the forever changing scale and tariff of fees.
